FriendsSquare, India’s first organisational psychology company, is hiring an Organisational Psychologist with a unique blend of behavioural insight, operational expertise, and client acquisition capabilities. This is a strategic role focused on building systems, managing relationships, and driving human-first interventions for workplace culture, engagement, and leadership development.

Roles and Responsibilities:
● Design and facilitate behavioural workshops and interventions
● Manage operations and backend workflows for client projects
● Source, pitch, and build relationships with new clients
● Collaborate with the core team to shape proposals and strategic planning ● Contribute to long-term growth initiatives as a core team member
Eligibility Criteria:
● 3–4 years of experience in organisational psychology, L&D, or consulting ● Proven exposure to business development and client handling
● Strong operational and workflow management skills
● Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills
● Deep interest in behavioural science and human-first work design ● Willingness to work full-time from Delhi
