Overview:
UndoSchool is a curated learning platform that reimagines after-school and weekend education for children and teens aged 3 to 18. Launching on 15th August 2025, the platform offers live, small-group classes that prioritize engagement, creativity, and curiosity. We are seeking passionate educators, psychologists, counselors, or life coaches to join as founding SEL Educators. If you’re ready to empower the next generation with emotional intelligence, resilience, and mindfulness—this role is for you.
Qualifications:
- Background in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or Life Coaching
- Experience with Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), creative teaching, or student well-being
- Ability to independently design engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Prior experience working with children or teens preferred
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and teach interactive live courses focused on SEL topics such as:
- Confidence & Self-Awareness
- Mental Health Basics
- Time Management & Focus
- Managing Emotions & Stress
- Kindness, Empathy, and Anti-Bullying
- Confidence & Self-Awareness
- Customize sessions based on student engagement and needs
- Develop your own curriculum with support and templates provided by UndoSchool
- Conduct live classes via Zoom (tech setup and integration provided)
- Interact with students aged 3–18 through small-group formats
- Maintain a warm, inclusive, and safe learning environment
