Overview:
Humming Minds Life is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Psychologist to join our clinical team. This leadership role involves delivering advanced psychological services across age groups, supervising junior staff, and shaping the development of best practices in modern mental healthcare. Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (M.Phil./Ph.D./Psy.D.)
- Valid RCI registration or license under relevant statutory authority
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience working with adolescents and adults
- Experience supervising or mentoring psychologists or trainees
- Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to ethical standards and continuous professional development
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience with program development or training delivery
- Familiarity with digital/telepsychology and hybrid care models
- Ability to work across cultures and in multidisciplinary teams
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and groups
- Design, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and clinical oversight to junior psychologists, interns, and allied professionals
- Lead case discussions, clinical meetings, and ongoing skill-building sessions
- Deliver crisis intervention and risk management when required
- Maintain accurate, ethical, and legally compliant documentation and records
- Collaborate with families, physicians, educators, and community organizations when needed
- Lead workshops, psychoeducational initiatives, and mental health awareness programs
- Support quality assurance processes, including internal audits and service development
- Stay updated with emerging research and contribute to clinical innovation
