Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will work with individuals—particularly children—experiencing physical, developmental, or emotional challenges, aiming to enhance their functional abilities and improve quality of life through individualized therapy programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Relevant certifications and licenses
- Strong skills in pediatric rehabilitation and developmental therapy
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary setup
- Prior experience in a pediatric setting is an advantage
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments for physical, developmental, and emotional disabilities
- Design and implement customized therapeutic treatment plans
- Facilitate activities to improve motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals for holistic care
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and therapy outcomes
- Support patients in improving their engagement with everyday activities
