Overview:
We are hiring a dedicated Physiotherapist with experience in child rehabilitation and occupational therapy to join our multidisciplinary team. The role involves assessing and treating children with developmental delays, neurological conditions, and motor coordination challenges. The ideal candidate is someone who is both technically skilled and emotionally attuned to the needs of children and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT)
  • Preferred specialization in Pediatrics or Neurology
  • 2–3 years of clinical experience with children in hospitals, special schools, or development centers
  • Certification/training in pediatric motor therapy techniques (NDT, Sensory Integration, etc.) is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct motor and physical assessments for children with a range of developmental or neurological conditions
  • Design and implement personalized physiotherapy programs focusing on gross and fine motor development
  • Utilize techniques such as Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT), Sensory Integration, and motor relearning
  • Treat conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Muscular Dystrophy, and post-surgical cases
  • Work closely with speech therapists, occupational therapists, educators, and caregivers to ensure holistic care
  • Monitor therapy progress and revise treatment plans based on ongoing evaluation
  • Educate parents/caregivers on home-based therapeutic activities aligned with treatment goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation of clinical sessions and therapy outcomes
  • Participate in case reviews, IEP meetings, and interdisciplinary discussions
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions addressing posture, coordination, and motor development
