Job description: Compathy Health is a multidisciplinary centre of excellence offering integrated mental health services. The organisation combines medical, psychological, therapeutic, and rehabilitative expertise, delivering person-centric mental health care. The Licensed Clinical Psychologist will provide psychological assessments, counselling, and clinical supervision within a collaborative, on-site framework at the HSR Layout centre.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological testing and mental health assessments.
- Provide mental health counselling to clients.
- Supervise clinical staff and contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure quality and compassionate care for all clients.
Eligibility Criteria: Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s/Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or related field.
- Valid RCI licensure to practice as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Strong skills in clinical assessment, psychological testing, and supervision.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Prior experience in healthcare settings is beneficial.
