This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Therapist located in Delhi. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for providing speech therapy, addressing dysphagia, and treating communication and language disorders on a day-to-day basis.

Roles and responsibilities:
● Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of children with communication and language disorders, including those with dysphagia.
● Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each child’s specific speech, language, and swallowing needs.
● Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech therapy sessions to promote language acquisition and improve communication skills.
● Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members (including psychologists, educators, and healthcare providers) to ensure consistent and effective therapeutic approaches.
● Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, therapy plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
● Educate and empower families by providing strategies and resources to support the child’s development outside of therapy sessions.
● Stay updated on best practices and current research in speech-language pathology to provide high-quality, innovative care.
● Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on holistic support for children’s mental and emotional wellness.
Eligibility Criteria:
● Speech Therapy skills
● Experience in treating Dysphagia
● Expertise in Communication and Language Disorders
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work effectively in a team
