The Action for Self-Reliance and Alternatives (ASRA), is a charitable, trust, registered under the Trust Act of 1860 working for the equalization of opportunities, inclusion and rehabilitation of persons with disabilities (hereafter called PwDs) in the slums and resettlement colonies of Delhi since 1992. The founder of ASRA Trust is Ms Vandna
Mishra. It is committed towards the upliftment and empowerment of young girls & boys who are physically, and mentally challenged or, are from weaker socio-economic backgrounds.
ASRA (Uttam Nagar) is seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will provide speech and language therapy services to children with speech delays, articulation challenges, and special needs. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver effective therapy sessions, assess progress, and involve families in their child’s communication development.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Conduct assessments and deliver speech and language therapy to children with communication challenges.
● Develop individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies. ● Collaborate with special educators, occupational therapists, and families. ● Monitor and document student progress regularly.
● Engage in professional development to enhance therapeutic techniques. Duration: Full-time, permanent

● RCI Registered
● BASLP or MASLP degree
● Experience with speech delays, articulation, and working with special needs populations
