Job Description:
SRM University, AP is seeking a Psychologist to provide individual and group counseling, case management, and mental health support for students, staff, and faculty. The role includes crisis intervention, psychoeducational workshops, awareness sessions, outreach programs, mentoring wellness clubs, and teaching Universal Human Values & Ethics. The Psychologist will also participate in faculty and staff selection processes and provide after-hours crisis support as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Conduct individual and group counseling for students, staff, and faculty
● Develop treatment plans and document client progress (case management)
● Prepare monthly reports and manage crisis interventions during critical incidents
● Deliver awareness sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and faculty development programs
● Mentor the Wellness Club and teach Universal Human Values & Ethics ● Engage in outreach programs and conduct interviews for faculty and staff selection
● Provide after-hours crisis support as needed
Eligibility Criteria:
● Full-time Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Applied Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Educational Psychology
