Job Description:
Sanctum Wellness and Healing, one of India’s leading luxury dual diagnosis centers, is hiring Licensed Clinical Psychologists to join its team in Chhatarpur, Delhi. Sanctum specializes in the comprehensive treatment of individuals facing Substance Use Disorders (SUDs), process addictions, and co-occurring mental health conditions. The role involves providing holistic and integrated care through psychological assessments, treatment planning, evidence-based interventions, and group therapy. Freshers with MPhil or specialization in art-based therapy, dance movement therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or related fields are welcome to apply.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Assess psychological, emotional, and behavioral issues
● Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
● Utilize evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, ACT)
● Conduct regular follow-up sessions to monitor client progress
● Facilitate group therapy sessions
● Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
● Maintain accurate records and ensure ethical, compassionate practice
Duration: Full-time
Eligibility Criteria:
● M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (RCI certified)
● Freshers are welcome to apply
● Specializations in art-based therapy, dance movement therapy, trauma-focused therapy, or other relevant expertise preferred
● Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
● Passionate about continuous learning and holistic mental health care ● Ability to reliably commute to Chhatarpur, South Delhi (in-house facility accommodation preferred)
