Job Description:
Mind Voyage is a therapist-led platform, where the founder (a practicing therapist herself) ensures that unreasonable expectations are off the table. The platform prioritizes the well-being of its therapists as much as that of its clients. The role involves providing individual therapy to a diverse clientele aged 18 to 45 via video call consultations. Mind Voyage’s mission is to create ethical and accessible therapy spaces.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Conduct long-term individual therapy sessions via video calls
● Manage clients aged 18 to 45 from diverse backgrounds
● Maintain ethical standards and ensure client confidentiality
● Collaborate with peers and participate in supervisions and trainings
Salary: Revenue sharing model (Approx ₹70,000–85,000 per month)

Eligibility Criteria:
● Minimum 1 year of experience with the 18–45 age group in long-term psychotherapy
● Prior experience with online therapy is mandatory
● Fluency in English and Hindi
● Ability to commit to 5 days a week, 5 hours per day (minimum)
