This role focuses on training and certifying career counsellors through structured sessions in psychometric theories and counselling strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct live and recorded training sessions for career counsellor certification programs.
- Educate counsellors on psychological theories (e.g., Holland’s Theory, MBTI, Multiple Intelligences, Big Five).
- Demonstrate interpretation of psychometric reports and application for career guidance.
- Design and update training materials and assessment guides.
- Provide mentorship and Q&A support to trainees.
- Evaluate trainee progress and provide certification feedback.
- Stay updated with trends in psychology and career counselling.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Psychology Training / Behavioural Sciences / Career Counselling.
- Strong knowledge of psychometric assessment and psychological theories.
- Passionate and experienced in training and mentoring.
