Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and personalised counselling sessions.
- Guide school psychologists on assessment techniques.
- Provide referral services and on-site school support.
- Lead SEEL-based programs for students, parents, and teachers.
- Conduct workshops on stress management, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Develop behaviour management plans with teachers and parents.
Joining Date: Academic Year 2025-26
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a school psychologist or counsellor.
- Qualifications: MA/M.Sc. in Psychology or related field.
- Skills: Familiarity with India’s school board requirements, strong interpersonal skills; fluent in English, Hindi, and local languages.
