Job Description:
Podar International School – Ajwa, Vadodara, is hiring a full-time School Counsellor (open to both male and female candidates) to support the academic, career, and social-emotional development of students. The counsellor will play a key role in identifying student needs, providing individual and group counselling, and working closely with school staff, parents, and the broader school community to create a positive, supportive learning environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide academic, career, and personal/social counselling to students
- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents for student welfare
- Identify and respond to student needs and behavioural concerns
- Support student mental health and well-being through structured programs
Duration: Full-time
Joining Date: Immediate (as per selection)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience working with school-aged children and adolescents
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a school setting
