Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Advisor located in Indore. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for counseling students, providing career guidance, and advising on academic matters. Daily tasks include meeting with students to discuss their educational and career goals, developing personalized academic plans, and supporting students in their academic progress and career development. The Advisor will also communicate regularly with educational institutions and stay updated on the latest trends in education and career counseling.
Qualifications
● Skills in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
● Strong Communication skills
● Experience in Education and advising students on academic matters ● Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Counseling certification or relevant qualifications are a plus ● Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
