Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related mental health discipline
- 0–5 years of experience in counseling
- Minimum 250 hours of supervised client-centered therapy
- Strong communication skills in English and at least one other Indian language
- Excellent typing speed and digital literacy
- Willingness to work flexible shifts

- Deliver client-centered counseling services across diverse populations
- Participate in team-based case reviews and collaborative interventions
