Job description: BabyMD is a modern child care clinic that goes beyond ordinary paediatrics. They offer holistic wellness solutions through their clinics and teleconsults, covering everything from doctor consultations and vaccinations to developmental screenings, therapies, and parental counselling.
They are looking for compassionate and motivated Behavioural Therapists to work with children presenting with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other behavioural or developmental concerns. You will implement evidence-based strategies and work closely with parents and professionals to drive positive behavioural outcomes.
Roles and responsibilities:
● Conduct at-home therapy consultation and sessions to reinforce treatment goals and improve child development
● Conduct behavioural assessments using structured observation and standardised tools
● Develop individualised behaviour intervention plans (BIPs) based on the child’s needs
● Implement behaviour therapy techniques (e.g., ABA, positive reinforcement, social skills training)
● Track and document child progress regularly in EMR
● Collaborate with speech, occupational therapists, and developmental paediatricians
● Counsel and train parents on behavioural techniques for home reinforcement ● Contribute to therapy planning, progress meetings, and case discussions ● Assist in parent education and awareness programs
Eligibility Criteria: Qualifications and Experience:
● Bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Applied Behaviour Analysis, or related field
● Certification in ABA or behavioural therapy (preferred)
● 2-5 years of experience working with children with behavioural or developmental needs
● Understanding of neurodevelopmental disorders and therapeutic interventions ● Strong observational, analytical, and communication skills
● Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team environment
