Job Description:
The Blessed Ones, a specialized school and therapy center in Wakad, Pune, is inviting applications for the position of Behavioural Therapist. The role involves working closely with children with special needs in a multidisciplinary environment focused on inclusive development.
Location: Wakad, Pune (on-site)
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Conduct individual and group behavioural therapy sessions
● Develop and implement tailored intervention programs
● Create and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and home programs ● Conduct regular counselling sessions with parents
● Collaborate with professionals across disciplines including OT, Speech Therapy, Special Education, Remedial Therapy, Yoga, and Dance Movement Therapy
Duration: Full-time position
Eligibility Criteria:
● Degree in Psychology or a related field
● Prior experience working with children with special needs (mandatory) ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Empathetic, committed, and team-oriented approach
Salary: Commensurate with industry standards
