Bees and Blossom Child Development Centre is hiring a passionate and skilled Behavioural Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. We are dedicated to helping children reach their full potential through tailored interventions and collaborative care. If you’re enthusiastic about pediatric mental health and developmental support, this role is for you.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred in handling pediatric cases (Freshers may also apply)
- Strong interest in child development and behavioral therapies
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Work with children presenting developmental, behavioral, or emotional concerns
- Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators for holistic care
- Support parents and caregivers with home-based strategies and progress updates
- Document sessions, track outcomes, and revise intervention plans as needed
- Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions
