Overview:
Intellect is seeking a Care Account Specialist to manage clinical service delivery and operations for enterprise clients across assigned regions. This role serves as a critical link between enterprise expectations and internal clinical standards, ensuring quality mental health care delivery across virtual and onsite channels. Ideal for a licensed psychologist or counselor with clinical operations experience and a strong grasp of client relationship management.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counselling, Clinical Psychology, or related mental health field
- Professional registration with a relevant counseling or psychology board
- 3–5 years of post-graduate clinical experience
- Experience in clinical operations, case management, or client engagement
- Proven experience managing clinicians or therapy teams (EAP, hospital, or B2B settings preferred)
- Strong written communication and SOP drafting skills
- Ability to work autonomously, including remotely or in hybrid setups
- Comfortable with travel for client requirements
- Analytical skills to create reports and interpret clinical service trends
- Team player comfortable collaborating cross-functionally
Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Management & Reporting (30%)
- Serve as the primary clinical contact for enterprise clients in assigned regions
- Track SLAs, deliver monthly clinical reports, and share actionable insights
- Attend client meetings, support escalations, and lead performance reviews
- Assist with implementation of special projects (e.g., critical incident response)
Clinical Service Oversight (30%)
- Ensure timely delivery of services and proper clinician coverage
- Oversee complex cases and coordinate referrals or escalations
- Monitor quality benchmarks across helplines, counselling, and care teams
- Customize and refine SOPs based on country-specific needs
Clinician Management & Quality (30%)
- Manage regional clinicians, providing supervision and feedback
- Conduct clinician onboarding and training
- Align clinical staff with company protocols and ethical standards
- Facilitate peer case discussions and promote best practices
Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%)
- Partner with product, tech, and commercial teams on workflow optimization
- Support new program rollouts, pilot testing, and clinical innovation
- Share cross-country learnings to ensure regional alignment
