Overview:
SHIFA Foundation is seeking two qualified and dedicated Clinical Psychologists to join its multidisciplinary mental health team. The role involves working with individuals dealing with psychiatric conditions, substance use disorders, and related psychological challenges in a residential rehabilitation setting.
Qualifications:
- MA / MSc in Clinical Psychology, PGDRP, M.Phil Clinical Psychology, or Psy.D in Clinical Psychology
- RCI registration is mandatory
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and clinical interviews for diagnosis and treatment planning
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for clients dealing with psychiatric and substance-related disorders
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other allied professionals for integrated care
- Participate in treatment planning, case discussions, and progress evaluations
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with ethical standards
- Deliver psychoeducation sessions for patients and families
- Support crisis intervention and risk assessment processes as required
- Contribute to awareness, rehabilitation, and reintegration programs within the facility
