Overview:
Water Psychology Studio is seeking a Clinical Psychologist with specialized expertise in Psychodiagnostics and Psychometric Testing to join our dynamic, evidence-based practice. The ideal candidate will be independently skilled in administering and interpreting standardized psychological assessments and possess a deep understanding of clinical diagnostic frameworks. This role is open to both full-time and part-time professionals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s in Clinical Psychology (mandatory)
- M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (preferred but not compulsory)
- Minimum 2–3 years of independent experience in clinical assessment (excluding internships)
- Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English
Professional Expertise & Skills:
- Strong command over psychodiagnostic tools such as MMPI, MCMI, Rorschach, WAIS/WISC, Binet, BDI, BAI, Y-BOCS, ADHD batteries, etc.
- Experience in psychological history taking, interview techniques, and report writing
- Familiarity with cognitive, personality, and behavioral assessments for clinical decision-making
- Ability to collaborate with therapists and psychiatrists for integrated care
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Independently administer, score, and interpret a range of psychological assessments
- Conduct detailed history-taking and clinical interviews
- Write clear, professional psychodiagnostic reports with actionable outcomes
- Provide occasional therapeutic support based on experience and clinical requirements
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and ethical clinical practice
