Overview:

The role involves offering therapeutic support and emotional care to individuals and couples navigating fertility, pregnancy, and parenting challenges.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or related field (M.Phil or RCI license preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in counseling individuals or couples
- Experience in fertility, trauma-informed care, or women’s mental health preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Deep empathy, cultural sensitivity, and therapeutic integrity
- Familiarity with CBT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based practices
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1:1 counseling sessions (individuals or couples) addressing emotional challenges related to fertility, pregnancy, and parenting
- Provide a safe and consistent emotional support system during difficult transitions
- Apply evidence-based interventions to manage stress, anxiety, grief, and trauma
- Track progress and adapt therapy plans based on clients’ evolving needs
- Educate clients in mental wellness tools, coping strategies, and communication techniques
- Offer relationship counseling to support emotional bonding and understanding
- Collaborate with medical consultants and health coaches for integrated care
- Contribute to content ideation (toolkits, prompts, emotional health resources)
- Maintain strict confidentiality, ethical standards, and efficient appointment management
