Job Description: Silver Oak Health is hiring 15 Counselling Psychologists for onsite, rotational shift roles currently open in Mumbai (MH) and Hyderabad (TS). This is a Work From Office (WFO) role with flexibility to work including night shifts. We are looking for passionate individuals in the field of mental health and well-being who are trained in counseling and trauma care, and experienced in conducting individual and group sessions, CBT, and mindfulness-based interventions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one counseling and group sessions using evidence-based modalities
- Apply psychological screening tools and assessments
- Collect, record, analyze, and report data
- Develop and deliver content for educational sessions, webinars, and support groups
- Track client progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Facilitate peer support groups and activity-based sessions
- Stay updated with latest research and therapy approaches
- Participate in supervision, training, and self-care practices
- Coordinate with internal teams on content development and delivery
- Proficient use of platforms like MS Office, Teams, and Webex

Eligibility Criteria:
- Postgraduate degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
- Minimum 3 years of post-master’s experience
- Certification in Behavioral Modification and CBT
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Passion for working in mental health and contributing to a growing organization
