Silver Oak Health is seeking a passionate and qualified Counselling Psychologist to join our team in Mumbai. This role combines individual counselling sessions, delivery of workshops, group activities, and content creation. The candidate should be enthusiastic about the mental health field and possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual counselling sessions with confidentiality and professionalism
- Design and conduct group workshops, awareness programs, and activity-based sessions
- Create modules and content for workshops and group interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal processes
- Manage group counselling sessions and provide thought leadership in client management
- Work independently in a remote setup if required
- Participate in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (full-time) in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Applied Psychology
- Minimum 3 years of experience post-master’s
- Certification in counselling (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness techniques
- Comfortable delivering group and individual sessions
- Ability to manage multiple shifts, including morning, afternoon, evening, and night
- Strong verbal and written communication across all organizational levels
- Flexible and proactive team player willing to work in a growing organization
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
