Healthbasix is hiring a female Counsellor cum Special Educator for a CBSE inclusive school in Faridabad. The role involves supporting students’ emotional, psychological, and educational development within an inclusive school setting.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group counselling to students
- Support children with learning difficulties and developmental concerns
- Implement and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Coordinate with teachers and parents for inclusive classroom strategies
- Maintain records, assessments, and progress reports
- Conduct awareness and sensitization sessions for staff and parents
Duration: Full-time, Academic Year 2025–26
Joining Date: Immediate
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Psychology
- RCI Registration mandatory
- Female candidates only
- Prior experience in counselling and special education preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on profile)
