Job Description:
The Counsellor & Live Wellness Coach will provide mental health support to corporate employees in a Bangalore office. The role involves conducting one-on-one counselling, group sessions, and mental health awareness webinars. The position requires a highly versatile and experienced psychologist who can handle diverse concerns and engage with a corporate workforce.
Location: Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru
Days: Wednesdays and Thursdays (9–10 days/month). 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Employee counselling and support
- Short-duration mental health awareness sessions
- Webinars on mind health topics
- Individual counselling on diverse concerns and therapies
- Documentation and preparation of monthly reports
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s in Counselling Psychology with 4–5 years of experience post-MA
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to manage various age groups and concerns
- Capable of handling crises, managerial consultations, and group sessions
- Must have a personal laptop
