Overview:
TNV Method is seeking a passionate and experienced Psychologist to join its dynamic team. In this unique role, you will support clients in overcoming psychological barriers to their fitness and wellness goals. Acting as both a guide and mentor, you will combine mental health strategies with behavior change approaches to help clients develop healthier lifestyles. This is an opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and create a lasting impact on individuals’ overall well-being.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology (preferably with specialization or experience in health, counseling, or therapy)
  
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience (No freshers or interns)
  
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  
• Passionate about fitness, health, and long-term behavioral change
  
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build deep, trusting relationships with clients to facilitate progress toward personal health and fitness goals
  
• Use psychological principles to enhance engagement, motivation, and long-term adherence
  
• Address client issues empathetically and ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention
  
• Collaborate with fitness and nutrition professionals to adjust and personalize health plans
  
• Analyze client progress and adapt interventions accordingly
  
• Advocate for client needs within the organization and contribute feedback for service improvement
