Job Description:
AIOU.co.in is currently hiring Interns specializing in Industrial/Organizational Psychology to support real-world projects that apply psychological principles to workplace and business challenges. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the corporate psychology domain through a structured, remote internship.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with research and application of I/O psychology concepts in organizational settings
- Support internal team projects involving employee behaviour, productivity, and engagement
- Contribute to assessments, surveys, and organizational development strategies
- Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations related to psychological interventions
Duration: Minimum 3 months
Joining Date: As per selection
Eligibility Criteria:
- M.Sc. or M.A. in Psychology with specialization in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
- 3 months to 1 year of relevant experience in an organizational or research setting
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Stipend: Paid Internship
