Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in onboarding new customers
  • Support Customer Success team in handling inquiries via email, phone, and chat
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs
  • Escalate customer issues when needed
  • Create customer-facing resources (guides, tutorials, FAQs)
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify engagement trends
  • Conduct account research to support meetings and calls

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn

Salary / Stipend: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
