Job Description: Mantra Care is hiring a full-time Industrial Psychologist to join the Customer Success and Provider Relations team. This role involves applying psychological principles to optimize customer experience and internal team performance through behavior-based strategies, systems thinking, and people analytics.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding new customers
- Support Customer Success team in handling inquiries via email, phone, and chat
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs
- Escalate customer issues when needed
- Create customer-facing resources (guides, tutorials, FAQs)
- Analyze customer usage data to identify engagement trends
- Conduct account research to support meetings and calls

Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Psychology, Business, Communications, Economics, English, or related fields (e.g., BA Program, B.Hons in Psychology, MBA)

- Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
Salary / Stipend: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
