Overview:
Men’s Circle India is a mental health initiative working to redefine masculinity and emotional expression in Indian society. We create safe, emotionally grounded spaces where men can engage in deep, reflective conversations on identity, anger, loneliness, grief, and more. This internship role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of community psychology, research, facilitation, and program design—helping to build emotionally intelligent ecosystems across cities.
Start Date: August 1, 2025
Duration: 3 months (extendable & convertible to a full-time role)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology
- 0–1 year of experience
- Bangalore-based candidates only
- Strong writing, communication, and coordination skills
- Familiarity with Google Docs, Drive, and remote work tools
- Comfort with emotional nuance and group dynamics
- Access to a computer/laptop
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and developing new community programs
- Support ongoing research and help prepare publications or reflective documentation
- Handle on-ground logistics and community engagement in Bangalore
- Manage internal data, information, and communications
- Support strategic and operational tasks under direct guidance from the founders
