Job Description: The OPC is looking for a passionate and driven Junior Business Psychologist & Talent Assessor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a variety of consultancy projects as well as recruitment and selection processes within a business psychology setting.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Administer psychometric tests, conduct interviews, and provide clear, insightful feedback to candidates and our clients
- Deliver 1:1 specialist assessment for individuals following role-related incidents
- Support with client-focused training sessions
- Opportunity to be involved in client-focused projects
Duration: Permanent, Full-time
Joining Date: will be disclosed as per the interview schedule
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualifications:
- Essential: Master’s Degree in Occupational Psychology (Must have been completed on application)
- Desirable: Qualified in Psychometric tests use
- Desirable: BPS Qualification in test user, Occupational: Ability
- Desirable: Registered on the BPS Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU)
- Essential: Have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided)
- Skills:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Experience or academic background in business psychology, psychometric testing, or a related field
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
- A strong interest in applying psychology in professional and organisational contexts

Stage 4: If successful at the assessment day, you will be invited for a final interview (currently scheduled for 14, 18 and 22 July).
