Position: Counselling psychologist
Job description: Looking for an experienced Senior Counselling Psychologist to lead and support our mental wellness initiatives. This role goes beyond clinical work and involves content creation, research, collaboration with service providers, and integration of AI tools to enhance therapy and mental health offerings. The ideal candidate should have a passion for both therapy and innovation in mental health services.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Clinical Counselling & Therapy
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as:
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Trauma-Informed Care
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
Address a wide range of psychological issues: stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, etc.
Manage the “Talk Now” feature — providing immediate support/chat-based counselling as needed.
2. Course and Content Creation
Design psychology-based self-help courses, therapeutic toolkits, guides, and workshops.
Create structured mental health curricula and e-learning modules for different age groups and demographics.
Develop engaging, informative, and sensitive content for blogs, videos, workbooks, and assessments.
3. Research and Innovation
Lead or assist in research projects on emerging mental health trends, interventions, and therapeutic techniques.
Analyse user data to optimise service delivery and content effectiveness.
Stay updated with academic, clinical, and technological advancements in mental health.
4. AI Integration
Collaborate with product and tech teams to integrate mental health frameworks into AI-driven tools and platforms.
Advise on ethical, effective, and sensitive implementation of AI in therapy and content.
Review and refine Chabot conversation scripts and mental health diagnostics supported by AI.
5. Collaboration and Provider Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with mental health professionals, therapists, and institutional partners.
On board and guide other psychologists or therapists joining the platform.
Ensure clinical quality, ethical compliance, and consistency across all service offerings.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Psychology
- 3 – 5 years of experience in counselling or psychotherapy.
- Deep knowledge of therapeutic modalities and psychological assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Published research or papers in the mental health or psychology fields.
- Experience working with start-ups or mental health tech platforms.
- Previous leadership or team mentoring experience.
