Job Summary:
AILC is hiring compassionate and skilled Occupational and Speech Therapists to support children with developmental challenges. The roles involve working closely with children to develop their daily living skills, sensory processing, motor coordination, and communication abilities. Ideal candidates should be passionate about pediatric therapy and experienced in working with conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and sensory integration difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized therapy sessions for children with developmental needs
- Develop and implement therapy plans focused on functional independence
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families for holistic care
- Track and document progress and adjust interventions as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- BASLP or DHLS (for Speech Therapists) from a recognized institution
- Valid license/certification as per regulatory standards
- 1–2 years of experience preferred (freshers with strong internship background may apply)
