A dynamic business coaching practice based in Noida is hiring an Organisational Psychologist to support industrial leaders with neuroscience-integrated coaching strategies for growth, performance, and leadership development. The role blends psychological expertise with cutting-edge brain science and offers hands-on collaboration with business leaders in manufacturing, engineering, and industrial sectors.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Integrate neuroscience and organisational psychology into business coaching frameworks
- Conduct psychometric assessments, interviews, and behavioural diagnostics
- Design and lead leadership development and team transformation interventions
- Facilitate workshops on brain-based leadership, change management, and well-being
- Provide psychological insights to support strategic business decisions
- Research and apply emerging trends in behavioural science and organisational psychology
- Track and evaluate intervention outcomes and adapt approaches accordingly
Duration: Full-time, permanent

Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Organisational Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or related field
- Prior experience in organisational development, consulting, or coaching
- Strong understanding of neuroscience applications in business and leadership
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and diagnostic skills
- Experience with industrial clients is an advantage
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, evolving work environment
Salary: ₹11,201 – ₹32,906/month (based on experience and fit)
