Job Description:
Nirvana Circle Therapy is seeking a culturally sensitive Assistant Psychologist on a part-time, self-employed basis to support an expanding caseload in London. The role involves conducting 1:1 therapy sessions, assisting with triage and pre-therapy screenings, and receiving regular weekly supervision. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist with experience in culturally responsive practice, particularly within South Asian communities.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions independently
- Support triage and carry out pre-therapy assessments
- Participate in weekly direct supervision
- Maintain client records and uphold safeguarding protocols
- Work flexibly and independently as part of a collaborative, inclusive practice
Duration: Part-time (self-employed basis)
Joining Date: As per selection
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counselling, Psychotherapy, or Clinical Psychology
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience working with South Asian communities (language skills a plus)
- Strong understanding of neurodivergence, risk assessment, and safeguarding
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK
- Must be based in London
