Job Description: Samvaad is a mental health initiative launched to support police personnel and their families in the Kumaon Division of Uttarakhand. We are currently expanding our counseling team and are looking to onboard experienced part-time counselors for online sessions.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological support through online counseling sessions
- minimum commitment of 9 hours per week with flexibility to contribute more
- work with police personnel and their families addressing trauma, grief, and stress-related concerns.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum M.A. in Clinical Psychology
- at least 3 years of counseling experience
- preference for candidates with experience in trauma, grief, or stress-related counseling
- mandatory- reference from your current or most recent reporting manager
