Job Description:
Spring Health is seeking qualified part-time internationally licensed psychotherapists to deliver client-centered care through a tech-enabled, AI-powered platform. The role offers flexibility, minimal admin work, and an opportunity to contribute to transformative mental healthcare delivery in India.
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Hybrid: remote with some in-person sessions)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide individual counseling sessions (short-term or long-term) to adult clients
- Optionally support children, adolescents, couples, or families
- Use evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT)
- Maintain updated availability calendar and complete timely documentation
- Provide culturally competent care and adhere to ethical standards
- Collaborate with provider support, care navigation, and admin teams
- Offer safety planning and intervention during higher-risk scenarios
Eligibility Criteria:
- Licensed or properly qualified to independently practice therapy in India (no clinical supervision)
- Minimum 3 years of post-training, independent therapy experience
- Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT)
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and digital documentation
- Must be able to offer some in-person sessions in Hyderabad (own office space required)
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality clinical care
