Qualifications:
- Master’s or M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (RCI registration preferred)
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience
- Strong command over psychodiagnostic tools and therapeutic frameworks
- Excellent interpersonal and documentation skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Psychological Assessments
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations including MSE, personality testing, cognitive and neuropsychological assessments, and IQ testing
- Perform risk assessments and family evaluations for case formulations
2. Treatment & Interventions
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans
- Provide individual psychotherapy, CBT, and structured therapeutic interventions
- Facilitate group therapy sessions for in-patient clients
- Offer psychological consultations for walk-in and follow-up patients
- Lead family therapy and psychoeducation sessions
3. Training, Supervision & Leadership
- Supervise junior psychologists and trainees in clinical settings
- Conduct structured training sessions on therapy methods, documentation, and stress management
- Organize workshops across MindPlus, MindFirst, and MindPlus Retreat locations
4. Service Development & Quality Assurance
- Lead initiatives to innovate psychological service delivery
- Monitor compliance, documentation, and team performance
- Ensure adherence to accreditation protocols and patient safety standards
5. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain therapy notes, family updates, activity logs, and MDT reports
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all clinical interventions and assessments
