Pranaah Counselling Centre in Kollam is looking for a compassionate and skilled Psychologist to join our dedicated mental health team. If you are passionate about supporting individuals through their mental health challenges and providing therapeutic solutions, we invite you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and psychological evaluations to diagnose emotional, behavioural, and mental disorders.
- Provide individual, group, and family counselling based on evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Develop and implement personalised treatment plans that focus on the mental, emotional, and social well-being of clients.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to offer a holistic approach to mental health care.
- Offer crisis intervention services when needed and assist clients in developing coping strategies.
- Maintain client confidentiality and detailed records of therapy sessions in compliance with professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology (Clinical or Counselling).
- Strong background in various therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-focused therapy.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Empathetic, non-judgmental approach with a deep commitment to client care.
- Experience in providing mental health services to individuals of all ages is a plus.
