Location: Bangalore (Hybrid: 1–2 days onsite per week; remote preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Write psychometric items (e.g. Likert scales, SJTs)
- Analyze behavioural data and interpret assessment responses
- Research behavioral frameworks and simplify complex concepts
- Co-create workshop content for behavioral learning
- Organize content systems, scoring rubrics, and logic flows
- Collaborate closely with co-founders and core team on live projects
Duration: 3–6 months
Joining Date: Immediate
Eligibility Criteria:
- Students or recent graduates in Psychology (bonus for I/O psych, Neuropsychology, Behavioural Science, HRM)
- Strong written and conceptual skills; detail-oriented and reliable
- Available for hybrid work in Bangalore (1–2 days/week preferred)
- Experience in item writing, content creation, or academic research is a plus
