The role involves leading psychometric design and delivery operations, supporting client assessment needs, managing a team, and ensuring delivery of high-quality psychometric content. The candidate will work cross-functionally and contribute to building behavioral tools and content for simulation-based assessments.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of associates to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
• Liaise with sales, consulting, delivery, operations, and tech teams to meet client needs
• Mentor and train team members
• Understand and analyze client requirements, including job profiling and competency mapping
• Take ownership of small to medium-sized client accounts from scoping to delivery
• Manage psychometric platform behaviors and reporting documentation
• Develop simulation-based behavioral tools and ensure market relevance
• Track content availability and work with SMEs for new content development

Eligibility Criteria:
• Postgraduate in Psychology (I/O Psychology, Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior) or MBA in HR/OD/OB
• 4–6 years of experience in psychometric assessments and consulting
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and SPSS
• Passion for psychological research and practical application
• High attention to detail and quality focus
• Strong analytical and insight generation skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments
• Creative, analytical thinker and fast learner
