Job Description:
HopeQure, India’s leading digital health platform, is hiring a Relationship Psychologist / Couple Therapist to deliver therapy services and support Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) for corporate clients. This full-time, in-office position based in Noida is ideal for psychologists with experience in couple counselling and corporate wellness, combining clinical expertise with stakeholder engagement and B2B coordination.

Location: Noida (in-office; candidates residing in or near Noida preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based one-on-one therapy (CBT, REBT, ACT, Mindfulness)
- Conduct clinical assessments for emotional and psychological issues
- Provide counselling for relationship distress, grief, anxiety, stress, and trauma
- Design and facilitate workshops on mental health and emotional well-being
- Liaise with HR teams for EAP implementation and early intervention strategies
- Offer support for team conflict, organisational transitions, and policy formulation
- Coordinate with medical and wellness professionals for holistic care
- Engage with HR heads and CHROs to tailor and deliver EAP services
- Oversee onboarding and performance tracking for wellness programs
- Ensure ethical practice, confidentiality, and delivery excellence

Eligibility Criteria:
- PhD or Master’s degree (M.A.) in Psychology, Organisational Psychology, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in EAPs, mental health in insurance/corporate settings
- Proven B2B engagement experience with HR or corporate wellness heads
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Strategic and solution-oriented mindset; familiarity with mental health trends
- Residing in or near Noida (mandatory)
