Job description: Sangath is hiring a Research Assistant for its METROPOLIS project based in Delhi. The role involves supporting research activities, including data collection and participant management, particularly in the context of mental health projects with youth and student groups.
Roles and responsibility:
- Collect and manage research data.
- Coordinate with participants and project teams.
- Work with youth/student groups on mental health initiatives.
- Use tools like MS Excel, Google Workspace, and project tracking tools for documentation and reporting.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in research data collection or participant management.
- Proficiency with tools like MS Excel, Google Workspace, or project tracking platforms.
