Job Description: 

Amaha, formerly named InnerHour, is a mental health organization founded in the year 2016 by renowned psychiatrist and healthcare entrepreneur, Dr. Amit Malik. In 2019, Ms. Neha Kirpal, a social entrepreneur and global mental health ambassador, joined Amaha as Co-founder. 

The organization has built a mental health ecosystem that provides treatment & care plans for a range of mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, schizophrenia, and addictions. Amaha has an in-house expert team of 150+ psychiatrists and therapists and provides therapy sessions, psychiatric care, digital self-care tools, psychometric assessments, as well as community peer support. Over the last few years, they have delivered over 1,00,000+ therapy and psychiatry sessions in 15+ languages across 600+ Indian cities.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

● Delivering one-to-one evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions online and offline 

● Potentially working with corporates both online and offline 

● Administering psychometric assessments (intelligence, personality, and other psychological tests), scoring, interpreting, and reporting the same 

● Conceptualizing and delivering specialized workshops and webinars ● Developing and engaging with specialized clinical protocols 

● Content research and development for proprietary products 

● Supervising and monitoring online forums (e.g., communities) 

● Leadership, training, and supervision of new members of the team Duration: Nil

Eligibility Criteria: 

● MPhil (0 to 10 yrs of work experience) in Clinical Psychology 

Desired attributes: 

● Well-versed in evidence-based psychological therapies and psychometric assessments 

● Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills ● Keen interest in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies ● Openness to learn and an enthusiasm to stay updated with current industry trends
