Manav Rachna International School is inviting applications for the position of Special Educator at its Mohali and Gurugram campuses. We are seeking individuals passionate about inclusive education who can cater to the diverse learning needs of students with empathy, expertise, and commitment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, counselors, and parents for holistic student development
- Conduct assessments and track student progress
- Create a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
- Use differentiated instructional strategies tailored to students’ cognitive and emotional needs
- Promote awareness of inclusive practices within the school community
Duration: Full-time, Academic Year 2025–26
Joining Date: Immediate or as per availability
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education
- RCI Certification (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with children with learning or developmental disabilities (preferred)
- Compassionate and student-centered approach
Salary: As per industry standards and candidate profile
