Job Description: Concentrix is seeking a Specialist, Wellbeing to deliver counseling sessions and wellness initiatives for employees, particularly those in content moderation roles involving highly sensitive material. The role involves employee care, wellness strategy execution, data analysis, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and delivery teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual counseling and coaching sessions
- Conduct needs assessments and psychometric evaluations
- Monitor employee wellbeing and develop tailored wellness strategies
- Design and facilitate group workshops on stress, anger, balance, and mental health
- Manage and escalate critical cases appropriately
- Create wellness reports and maintain confidential dashboards
- Liaise regularly with the Wellness Site Lead for communication and planning
- Track and analyze wellness program effectiveness and employee health data
- Develop and manage wellness program communications and reports

Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree (MA/MBA/MSc/MPhil in Psychology, Clinical Social Work,
- Therapeutic Counseling, or Psychotherapy)
- Must hold a current license to practice or equivalent qualification
- 2–3 years of experience in wellness or psychotherapy
- Certifications in CBT, ACT, DBT, MBSR, or similar therapies are beneficial
- Experience in managing wellness programs and client accounts
- Content moderation experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
