This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Therapist located in Bengaluru. The Speech Therapist will be responsible for conducting speech therapy sessions, working with clients with dysphagia, communication disorders, and language disorders on a day-to-day basis. Work with kids in a child development centre.

Roles and responsibilities:
● Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients with communication disorders, language disorders, and dysphagia.
● Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to address clients’ specific speech and language needs.
● Provide therapy sessions for children in a child development centre, focusing on speech, language, and communication skills.
● Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, occupational therapists, and special educators, to provide holistic care.
● Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
● Participate in daily learning circles and professional development activities to ensure best practices in therapy delivery.
● Educate and guide clients’ families/caregivers on therapy goals, techniques, and progress.
● Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards as per RCI guidelines. ● Contribute to B2B training programs by providing expertise in speech and language therapy when required.
● Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of speech-language pathology and apply new techniques as appropriate.
Eligibility Criteria: Qualifications and Experience:
● Speech Therapy skills
● Experience in working with Dysphagia, Communication Disorders, and Language Disorders
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Empathy and patience in working with clients
● Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
● RCI Licensed
