Job Description:
This is a full-time role for a Speech Therapist in the Clinical Services department. The Speech Therapist will work with individuals of all ages to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The role includes collaborating with multidisciplinary professionals, educating caregivers, and maintaining detailed records of therapy interventions and progress.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Evaluate and diagnose Speech, Language, communication and swallowing disorders.
● Administer standardized tests and tools for evaluation.
● Preparing detailed assessment reports.
● Work on conversion (enrolling the patient for Speech & Language therapy) ● Design and revise monthly goal plans and intervention plans.
● Discuss the progress at the end of every month and take signed feedback from parents
● Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with parents (retention in therapy)
● Re-evaluate and prepare quarterly progress reports of the patient.
● Maintaining all records/documents of the child.
● Session reporting on attendance sheets.
● Maintaining records on MBOPs.
Eligibility Criteria:
● Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
● Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech,
language, communication, and swallowing disorder
● Experience with AAC systems preferred
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
