Job Description: Exciting opportunity to work at a premier high-performance shooting centre in Indore. This centre has produced Olympians and elite international shooters. The role involves working closely with athletes to enhance mental and emotional performance through structured sports psychology interventions.
Location: Indore (On-site)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group mental conditioning sessions
- Administer psychometric assessments and athlete profiling
- Use advanced psychological technologies:
- Biofeedback systems
- Neurofeedback tools
- Reaction training devices
- Heart rate variability monitors
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with coaches and other performance staff
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s or higher in Sports Psychology or Psychology with relevant experience
- Familiarity with precision sports, especially shooting (rifle, pistol, shotgun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a high-performance, disciplined environment
